Average Cleaning Time by Room Type and Housekeeper
Summary
This report, also called the ACT report for short, is used to track your housekeepers’ averages across each room type when cleaning rooms. Keep in mind this report assumes your hotel is taking advantage of Chorum Mobile’s Room Status (Mobile) module, which features a timer on individual room assignments housekeepers can start and stop while working.
Unlike the Housekeeper Cleaning Time (Report) report, the ACT report only shows the average time a housekeeper spends cleaning and separates those averages by room type (whereas the HCT shows the average across all room types lumped together). Each additional housekeeper will be listed on a new row with their own averages for comparison. The report can be printed for any past date range up until today but will only print days where at least one housekeeper has used the timer for one or more seconds.
